The onboarding process may vary depending on the size and structure of your salon, including how many team members you have, your current booking setup, services, pricing, rosters and any information that needs to be transferred across.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe recommend that salons continue using their current booking system for at least the first four weeks of their Nisha membership while setup, testing and transition are completed.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis gives us time to make sure your services, team, booking settings, client information and workflows are correctly set up before you fully move across.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou won’t be expected to figure it all out alone. This membership is best suited to salons who are patient, communicative and excited to be part of something from the beginning.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eDoes Nisha include payments and point of sale?\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNisha includes checkout and payment recording, but you will still need your own payment provider or EFTPOS terminal.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNisha can support payment workflows such as card, cash, bank transfer, Afterpay or other payment types for recording and checkout purposes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFor online payments, Nisha will integrate with Stripe. Tap to Pay on iPhone may also be supported through Stripe where available.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHowever, for in-salon card payments, you will still need your own Stripe setup, EFTPOS terminal or payment provider.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eDoes Nisha replace my EFTPOS machine?\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNo. Nisha does not replace your physical EFTPOS terminal.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNisha helps you manage bookings, checkout, payment records, client information, team workflows, reporting and AI support, but you will still process in-person card payments through your chosen EFTPOS or payment terminal.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eIs the Scale Station included?\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Scale System function is built into Nisha, but the physical Scale Station must be purchased separately.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eHow many team members are included?\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Founding Membership includes 1–6 bookable team members and unlimited non-bookable team members.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBookable team members are people who take appointments.
