Does Nisha collect payments?

Nisha collects online deposits and booking fees through its Stripe integration. For in-salon card payments you keep using your own EFTPOS terminal or payment provider, and Nisha handles the checkout and records the sale.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial. You add a card when you pick a plan, but you are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then.

Is this too advanced for my small business?

Nisha works for solo operators as well as teams. Setup takes a little more effort than a standard booking system, because it asks for your team's pay, your product costs and your inventory details. You only do this once, and it is what lets Nisha show your true profit, not just your revenue.

Can I change plans later?

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time — changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

What happens when my trial ends?

If you love NISHA, pick a plan and keep going. If not, no hard feelings — your data is yours to export.

Can I cancel anytime?
